The appropriate return form must be included with any item being sent back to Titanium Era.
The maximum delay for returning an item for exchange or refund is 30 days from delivery date.
Rings for remake and resize can be sent back at any time. Exchanged, resized and remade items can not be returned for refund.
Email Titanium Era when a product is being returned, include the parcel tracking number and shipping method in the email.
Customers should insure their return parcel. No written reference to jewelry, diamonds, or any other identifiable luxury related words should appear on parcel. Titanium Era can not be held responsible for return shipping fees.
Titanium Era does not cover any duty or vat fees charged by customs on returned parcels.
DO NOT mail items back in standard paper envelopes; they will be returned to you due to insufficient postage or lost. Titanium Era can not be held responsible for items lost in the mail, due to customer’s improper shipping methods.
Titanium Era will not cover any loss or theft in the mail.

Titanium Era will accept an item for exchange up to one month after delivery. Customer will be charged a 20% exchange fee, minimum of $10usd. The balance goes toward the new item. Plus shipping. Diamonds, gemstones and delivery charges are not refundable.

All products made by Titanium Era are custom made to order, a 25% return fee per item (minimum of $25usd) will apply to all items sent back for refund. Diamonds, gemstones and express service charges are not refundable. Hand carved models: 35% of purchase price. Product must be unworn and in original packaging.
Clients assume shipping costs of returns, except if the return is due to an error on Titanium Era’s part, in which case return shipping costs are reimbursed. Refunds will only be issued after returned item has been received and inspected by Titanium Era.

CONDITIONS OF LIFETIME WARRANTY
If your Titanium Era product is found to have a defect in material or workmanship, Titanium Era will repair such defect without charge for materials or labor. DIAMONDS AND GEMSTONES ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. Titanium Era is not liable for lost or cracked stones, but in the event a stone happens to loosen or fall out, Titanium Era will reset the stone at no extra cost.
On titanium and tungsten products, silver inlays, gold inlays and platinum inlays:
Any product that presents noticeable deformation, dents or bending that might occur with normal wear will be repaired or replaced by Titanium Era without charge for materials or labor.
Titanium Era provides a lifetime refinishing policy: rings purchased from Titanium Era can be returned at any time for free refinishing. A shipping fees will apply.
In the event Titanium Era determines that the product cannot be repaired, Titanium Era will replace the product with either the same model, or one that is equivalent in the case of special styles, hand carved products or custom items.
This warranty is valid only when a new Titanium Era product is purchased from Titanium Era and is available to the original purchaser only. Please contact Titanium Era directly if you have any questions regarding the Titanium Era warranty.
This warranty does NOT cover expenses incurred due to a lack of proper care for Titanium Era's line of products. Retain proof of purchase documents. You will be requested by Titanium Era to provide proof of purchase in order to receive warranty service.
Notify Titanium Era of any apparent defects promptly upon their discovery. DO NOT send your products to Titanium Era without a return form. No collect shipments will be accepted.
