1. How do I get started?
To join the Titaniumera.com/Avalondiamonds.com affiliate program, all you need to do is read the affiliate agreement and complete the application form. Once completed, you will be approved instantly. We will then send by email your ID and password, which you can use to log into the affiliate partner section on our websites. 2. How does the program work?
The affiliate (you) places the link on the website. You only need to sign up once. You can place as many of Titanium Era/Avalon Diamonds links, banners and search boxes on as many web pages as you like. With your partner ID, we can track all the clicks and visitors you send us. So, after a visitor is redirected from your site to ours, we record that this visitor came from you. Then, when that visitor makes a confirmed sale, you will receive the commission.
Each visitor sent by you receives a cookie that remains active for 100 days, allowing us to track and pay you for the sale made by that visitor, even if he/she comes back to Titanium Era directly within 100 days from the initial click.
3. I have more than one website. Can I use my affiliate ID and links on that site also?
Absolutely, you can use your affiliate links on as many sites and/or web pages as you like. There is no need to sign up more then once. Just make sure that you do not alter the affiliate URLs in any way when you place them on your site(s). All the clicks and sales will be tracked to your account from every site.
4. Who is eligible to become a Titanium Era affiliate?
We welcome all sites to join our program. It will probably help if your site’s content is jewelry related, but that is not necessary. However, we do reserve the right to suspend or make changes to the program at any time. We also have the right to refuse a site due to content we feel is unacceptable.
5. How much does it cost to join the program?
Absolutely nothing! There are no application fees, set-up costs and, most importantly, no minimum sales requirement.
6. Can I link to other jewelry sites if I join the Titanium Era affiliate program?
We believe that once you are affiliated with us, you will have no more need for another jewelry partner. However, we place no restrictions on your site's links and actually encourage our affiliates to join programs and create links, which are complementary to the content on their site.
7. When I click on my affiliate URL, it seems to redirect to Titanium Era and my ID disappears. Is this normal?
Yes, that is how our system works. When a client clicks on your affiliate URL, our system reads the affiliate ID and directs the user to a default page. It then tracks all subsequent clicks and sales to your account. As long as you set up your affiliate URL(s) correctly, all the user activity will be tracked properly.
8. How are sales tracked to my site?
All links from your site to Titanium Era/Avalon Diamonds contain your unique affiliate ID code, so that every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit you when a confirmed sale is made. Make sure that all links on your site are created using the HTML code generated for you, so that all visitors are tracked correctly.
9. What is a "confirmed sale"?
After a sale is made, there is a chance that it may be cancelled or amended. Therefore, we credit our affiliates 30 days after the client has paid and received his purchase. This is to ensure that all financial transactions have been carried out and the final sale confirmed. Your commission will then be credited to your account.
10. How much do I get paid?
For every CONFIRMED sale that you refer to Titanium Era/Avalon Diamonds from your affiliate link, you receive 8% of the net price as shown in the Titaniumera.com/Avalondiamonds.com website, on each sale. Commissions start at 8% based on a tiered monthly revenue schedule, with the highest revenue tier of $100,000. We also give credit for phone sales and online orders based on a 100/day cookie.
11. Do I earn commissions from my own purchases?
Yes. You can earn commissions on any jewelry that yourself, your friends, family and customers make from visiting Titanium Era/Avalon Diamonds through your website's affiliate links to us.
12. How do I get paid?
Titanium Era affiliates have a choice of getting paid in 2 currencies: US Dollars (USD) or Canadian Dollars (CDN) as selected when you sign up. Payments are made monthly, in the first 7 days of each month. You also have 2 options of how you receive your commission: Cheque or Direct Deposit. The minimum amounts paid are: $100 for cheques and $500 for direct deposit. If you do not reach the minimum payment amount in any given month, the amount earned is rolled over to the next month, until you have enough to qualify for payment.
13. How will I monitor my sales and commission?
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through your private partner management console: check the details of all your transactions and commission reports, get real-time stats, change your user information, and generate links on the fly.
14. How do I set up my links?
It's very simple. Simply login to the Titanium Era/Avalon Diamonds affiliate partner area using your partner ID and password. Select the link(s) you want (remember, you can use as many links as you like), cut and paste the HTML code into your web page and you are done.
